Russ holds a Bachelors Degree in Advertising from Michigan State University and a Masters Degree in Business from Saint Leo University and has been actively involved in the sale of Hospitality Properties for the past seven years. He has been a member of the Hospitality Industry since graduating from MSU in 1968. His career has taken him to over 40 countries in the world where he has observed B&B's and in operation.

For more than eight years, Russ taught Tourism and Hotel Management at two Florida Universities. He presently teaches Hotel Management at a third Florida college. Many of his students are now actively involved in the Hospitality Industry all over the world.

Consulting fees are determined by the length and depth of each job. Expenses "to, from and during" are paid by the Client. Fees include 90 days of post telephone consulting for a one day engagement, 180 days of post telephone consulting for a two day (continuous) engagement and one year of post telephone consulting for a three day (continuous) engagement.
